The three seasons of parenting are the season of service, the season of discipline and the season of emancipation. Some of this material is taken from material by psychologist, author and syndicated columnist Dr. John Rosemond. You can learn more about Dr. Rosemond and check out his resources at www.rosemond.com. I highly recommend his books entitled Family Building and Teen-Proofing.		The ICE plan is a plan for building responsibility into the life of your child. I heard Dr. Bob Barnes present this plan when our children were infants. We have used the plan for years with great success. I've been telling others about the plan for years and dozens of parents have told me that it has helped them tremendously. For more on the ICE Plan and other great ideas, I highly recommend Dr. Barnes' book Ready for Responsibility.
